3. Respectful Deceased Tribute Policy

To raise awareness of the human toll of traffic crashes, the platform may include the name of a deceased individual in a fatal crash record. This is governed by strict rules:

• The name must have been officially published by the Cyprus Police or mainstream media outlets.
• All names go through a dual-gate verification: automated extraction followed by mandatory manual admin approval.
• Immediate relatives retain an absolute right to request the removal or anonymization of the deceased's name at any time. Requests are processed instantly.

4. Your GDPR Rights

As a data subject, you hold the following statutory rights:

• Right of Access & Correction: You may request confirmation of whether we process data relating to you and request corrections.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the immediate deletion or anonymization of a deceased relative's name from the map or directory.
