Don't ban the scooters. Build the streets they need.
E-scooters account for about 1% of road deaths in Cyprus. Car occupants account for 44%. If body count alone decided policy we would be banning cars — and we would be wrong to. The problem is not the device; it is that we have built nowhere safe to use it.
